Thomas and Yara met years ago when he nudged her online to commission a painting, which still lovingly hangs in his dining room. Three years, numerous cross country adventures, and many plane tickers later, they decided to close the distance and tie the knot! The wedding ceremony was a cozy little affair which took place in a beautiful show garden in his hometown of Bad Pirawarth, Austria, with their closest friends and family in attendance. After worrying all week long about a potential rain shower, they were blessed with a sunny sky and a soft breeze. The guests were treated to a bilingual ceremony that brought out a lot of happy tears. Even the bride was struggling to hold back her own! The party then continued in a Heuriger – traditional Austrian wine tavern – in Vienna, where everyone enjoyed a night of music and games.
“I fell in love with the headpiece from the moment I opened the beautiful box it was carefully placed in! In the months leading up to the wedding, it was the one piece of my bridal outfit that I tried on every week just to bring a smile to my face.”
