Love is a breeze … when it’s true

When this Bride approached me with her wedding style vision, she described it as a mix of my two personal favorite styles  – chic and charming. With her full confidence in our designs we created a custom version of the {MELIA} headpiece from our Spring/Summer 2017 collection. This original Belles By Raquel concept is made of 100’s of floral charms, beads and pearls. Hand wired individually to have a natural finish form , this lovely style can be worn as a headband, a crown, a back crown or a semi-halo. It is also the perfect match for a veil. We loved how Christelle styled it with her long locks and beautiful lace ESPOSA dress and we’ve got the pretty photos to share with you right here.

We caught up with Paul to get to know him and his work better

Q:What is your wedding philosophy?

It is through my passion that I design weddings, customizing every event with our bride’s needs and wishes at heart. We transform spaces from visions to reality

Q:How often do you reflect your personal taste when designing a wedding?

I reflect my style and personal taste in every wedding I plan, it is what my clients are interested in and seeking. We work great together because we appreciate the same visions.

Q:Do you remember the details of the first wedding you planned?

I do remember the details of the first wedding, it was my first chance to truly reveal a unique style of work and planning , introducing a completely different concept therefore I wouldn’t change a thing about it. It was a perfect wedding then and now.

Q:Where do you go for inspiration to bring something new to every wedding?

My inspiration comes from my everyday life. My imagination is inspired by nature, architectural designs and travels.

Q:How do you approach a bride who has a completely different style than yours?

Because I do not have a specific style for weddings; I start with what the bride is imagining and hoping for then we add a Paul Nasr twist here and there

Q:Please list these factors in order of importance when planning a wedding and why; Budget/Creativity/Execution

In the field of wedding planning, the budget and execution are very much correlated, while creativity is a factor that plays out on its own. We plan every wedding with the budget given to us at hand, however i would place a lot of weight on creativity

Q: If you can plan any celebrity’s wedding whose would it be and why?

I would love to be given the chance to plan singer Adele’s wedding. I admire how she rose to fame at such a young age because of her great talent, I enjoy her charismatic presence and refreshingly elegant style

Q:If you can be a member of a popular music band,it would be . . .

Guns N’ Roses so that I get to play with the legendary Slash! His performances take you on a trip out of this world, i just love his passion and appreciation for music

xoxo Raquel

Real Belle Bride {Marguerite}

When your wedding details include a Tuscan courtyard, a neo-renaissance ballroom and garden historically visited by Queens then you are our uber romantic and classy bride Marguerite.

Her reception was held at the charming villa Fattoria Di Maiano a few kilometers away from the picturesque views of Florence and if this isn’t enough to make you swoon, the couple hosted their rehearsal dinner at Villa Mangiacane, a 15th century winery villa built for the Machiavelli family with rumors that Michelangelo himself participated in the design!

For her look, Marguerite chose an ivory Oscar de la Renta strapless with delicate flowers and styled her hair with our Diamond Dust rhinestone hair vine. Her adorable flower girls were dressed by The Bridal Showroom.

Here are our favorite picks from this wedding ❤
